GENERAL LEADERSHIP
The General Leadership Team is composed of the General Superior and a General Council. The Council includes five members: a General Assistant-Councilor, a General Councilor-Secretary, a General Councilor-Treasurer and two General Councilors.
The General Leadership Team works in a spirit of communion and collaboration, developing a circular style of governance. Their role is one of unity and support among the provinces (regional administrative entities of the Congregation) and to ensure the community remains faithful to its heritage, while constantly adapting to the needs of the Church, society and the world.
They achieve these objectives by making every effort to further the Orientations adopted by the General Chapter of the Congregation, which elected them for a five-year term of office.
The current General Leadership Team took office on October 15, 2007.
